Zinus offers a 100-night sleep trial on beds purchased through Zinus.com and Amazon.com, but this may vary if you purchase a Zinus mattress from a third-party online retailer or a brick-and-mortar store. Your Zinus mattress will ship free in the contiguous U.S. as a bed-in-a-box via FedEx, which means the mattress is compressed and vacuum sealed for shipping.

There’s no mandatory break-in period for ZInus mattresses, so you can return the Zinus any time within the 100-night sleep trial period if you’re not satisfied. Keep in mind that your Zinus must be in good condition to be returnable, and proof of purchase is required for Zinus returns. Refunds are usually issued within one week.

Warranty

Zinus offers a 10-year warranty for its mattresses. The warranty coverage begins on the date you purchase your Zinus and covers defects. Keep in mind that the Zinus warranty is voided if an electric blanket or heating pad is used with the mattress, and customers are responsible for handling all shipping and handling costs associated with having a mattress repaired or replaced. 

The warranty covers defects, like sagging and unusual indentations, is non-transferable, and does not cover normal damage in foam from wear, burns, cuts, or tears, or damage to the mattress handles.

As mentioned, all Zinus mattresses ship as a bed-in-a-box if they’re purchased online or ordered in store. Removing the mattress from the box within 24 hours of delivery is recommended. You’ll need to allow at least 12 hours for the mattress to return to its original shape.

Zinus does not offer White Glove delivery, old mattress removal, or expedited shipping. You may be able to find faster shipping if you purchase your Zinus through Amazon.com and have an Amazon Prime membership.
