Essentially, both of these firmness levels hover around a medium firmness, but the Casper Hybrid’s extra softness is great for lightweight and average-weight sleepers. However, neither mattress is really firm enough for heavyweight sleepers.

First off, the Casper Original has a unique feel in that it’s one of the most responsive (but also soft) foam mattresses out there. Lying on this bed will feel like the typical contouring softness of foam without the “sinking”.
