Ashley Furniture Mattress Models
Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., best known as Ashley Furniture, is the largest global furniture retailer and manufacturer in the world. Ashley Furniture HomeStore was established in 1945 and is well known for their recliners, upholstery, living room furniture, dining room sets, loveseats, and other household furniture.
In 2009, the company added an additional item to the shopping experience and began producing mattresses. Ashley Furniture now offers memory foam, innerspring, and hybrid models in a variety of firmness levels, sizes, and price points. In general, Ashley HomeStore mattress models and mattress sets are priced very low, but some sleepers report issues with durability or customer service over time.

Best Ashley Furniture Mattress by Sleeping Position
Side Sleepers
The best mattress for side sleepers will always be a soft, conforming surface. This is because side sleepers need pressure relief in the hip and shoulder areas which, when now allowed to sink into the mattress adequately, can throw the spine out of alignment. Here are the models we recommend for side sleepers sold by Ashley Furniture HomeStore:
- Santa Fe Mattress in Pillowtop
- Bonita Springs Mattress in Plush or Pillowtop
- Realign Mattress in Plush
- Memory Foam Bed in a Box
- Loft & Madison in Plush
Back Sleepers
Back sleepers require firmer mattresses that don’t allow the head, hips, or feet to sink. Firmer mattresses encourage a straighter, more aligned spine in this sleeping position. Here are the models we recommend for back sleepers sold by Ashley Furniture HomeStore:
- Santa Fe Mattress in Firm
- Bonita Springs Mattress in Firm
- Realign Mattress in Firm
- Innerspring Mattress in a Box
- Loft & Madison Firm
Stomach Sleepers
Similar to back sleepers, the best mattress for stomach sleepers is firm and doesn’t allow the hips to sink too much. Soft mattresses can create low back pain from throwing the spine out of alignment, and they can also exacerbate the neck issues that many side sleepers already experience from sleeping with the head to one side throughout the night. Here are the models we recommend for stomach sleepers sold by Ashley Furniture HomeStore:
- Santa Fe Mattress in Firm
- Bonita Springs Mattress in Firm
- Realign Mattress in Firm
- Innerspring Mattress in a Box
- Loft & Madison Firm

Ashley Furniture Buying Experience
Trial-Period
Ashley Furniture offers a trial period of 30 days, although the furniture store’s website doesn’t disclose in detail what this means for customers. The Ashley Furniture website does outline their return policy for mattresses and foundations, however, which states that mattresses may be returned if delivered damaged or later found to be defective.
Customer service must be contacted within 72 hours of the mattress’ delivery for assistance. Any defects discovered outside of this time period may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty
Nearly every Ashley Furniture mattress comes with a 10-year, non-prorated warranty. Purchasing a mattress and a foundation from two different brands may void this warranty. All Ashley mattresses are designed to be used with a foundation or an adjustable bed base foundation.
The warranty does not cover border wires that run along the perimeter of the mattress and aren’t bent due to moving, and their website states that the mattress must be continuously supported by a matching foundation in order for the warranty to remain valid. The warranty does not cover normal body impressions, the zippered cover, comfort preference, or transportation costs if you decide to return the mattress.
Shipping and Delivery
All Ashley Furniture mattresses are compressed and rolled so that they can be shipped quickly. Some, although not all, Ashley Furniture mattresses are shipped in small parcel carriers, otherwise known as a “bed in a box.” The box will measure roughly 20” x 20” with varying heights based on the size of the mattress you order.
Financing
Ashley Furniture offers customers the option to apply for financing for all its mattresses. They have four offers, including a 6/12 month, 18 month, 36 month, and a 48, 60, or 72 month term length. Offers are provided by Ashley Furniture’s finance partners and are based on your credit score, and exclusions and restrictions may apply to certain mattresses sold by Ashley Furniture.
Availability
Ashley Furniture mattresses are sold exclusively by Ashley Furniture both at their website and on Amazon, and in their many brick-and-mortar retail locations throughout the country. Customers can visit AshleyFurniture.com to explore all of the brand’s mattresses or visit a nearby store. Checkout online or in-person is quick and seamless. However, keep in mind that some Ashley Furniture brick-and-mortar retail locations may not carry the full selection of Ashley Furniture’s mattress lines.
Conclusion
If you have a tight mattress budget, Ashley Furniture HomeStore offers some of the most affordable mattress options on the market. The bed prices range from $150 to $1,600, which is relatively low when compared to other mattress retailers and furniture stores.
You’ll have your choice of innerspring, hybrid, and all-foam models from Ashley Furniture’s Ashley Sleep, Chime and Sierra Sleep lines, so there’s something to meet anyone’s preference.
